Our 2012 smart strategic point plan opening remark “we can make a mark” smart culture happy New Year to you all. 2012 is a new strategic path in achieving our company goals and objectives
These are our 2012 10 smart strategic point plan
1. Maximises our strength in achieving any opportunities in the global market and keep our competitive advantage.
2. Re – engineer our weakness to strengths to prevent any threats to our core business.
3. Renew our company mindset, yet company culture "can do" to a continuous daily innovation of new ideas that have greater impact to our customers.
4. Take green innovation continuous research and development as part of our DNA in cultivating new green business models that track the level carbon foot ( zero emission) in all company supply chain reducing energy cost, saving money, yet the a sustainable environment.
5. Tracking, re- adjusting, re –evaluating our company’s performance in four sectors of metrics through green customers, employees, green innovation, finances and green corporate social responsibility through our smart scoreboard
6. Review and maintain our business relationships with our business partners, ventures firms, green institutions and any business associates for future growth of our company.
7. Asses and evaluate new and better ways of communication to our target markets with greater mileage to our new markets yet new market segments with high yields to company growth portfolio.
8. Focus and maintain on what we do best (our core values) in servicing our existing customers and winning new customers yet new business deals to increase on our company sales and profitability
9. Rethink and Restructure our company management chart to maximises on employee productivity, create new job responsibilities , new job descriptions yet increasing smart team spirit despite cutting on red-tape for the flow of communication for one department to other.
10. Rethinking, reassessing and revaluating our company smart brands equity through brand stretching to new business models that will increase our market share, yet brand image and brand equity.
